Responsibilities
- Digitize, index, and file incoming government documents and forms with a 99% accuracy rate.
- Maintain the physical and digital archives of the Department, ensuring compliance with state and federal retention laws.
- Process requests for public records (FOIA) during the night shift, ensuring timely and confidential delivery.
- Operate data management systems and database software to update citizen records and service logs.
- Assist in the daily reconciliation of night shift reporting and supply inventory.
- Ensure the security of sensitive information, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in Records Management or Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, records management, or a related administrative field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and at least one records management software (e.g., OnBase, SharePoint).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and correct errors quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
