Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and security cameras to detect and respond to irregularities or security breaches.
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned facilities, parking lots, and grounds to ensure safety.
- Enforce access control policies, verify identification, and manage visitor logs.
- Document incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities in detailed, accurate logs.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency responders.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with the public and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred.
- Ability to work independently during night hours without direct supervision.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and report-writing abilities.
