Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly surveillance patrols of federal facility perimeters and interior spaces
- Monitor advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies with de-escalation protocols
- Verify credentials and enforce access policies for all personnel and visitors
- Prepare detailed security reports and incident documentation
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance of security infrastructure
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in CCTV operation and access control systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Pass comprehensive background investigation and polygraph
