Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol designated government facilities during overnight hours
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement agencies
- Conduct access control and visitor verification at secured entrances
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security logs using digital systems
- Implement emergency protocols for natural disasters or security breaches
- Collaborate with federal/state/local partners during joint operations
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- U.S. citizenship and clean criminal background check
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CCTV systems and access control software
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Successful completion of government background investigation
