Responsibilities
- Analyze state policy data and prepare comprehensive overnight reports for leadership review
- Monitor real-time public service metrics and escalate urgent issues during night shift hours
- Coordinate cross-agency communication during off-peak operational windows
- Update and maintain confidential government databases with 100% accuracy
- Support emergency response protocols during overnight duty periods
- Train night shift staff on new compliance procedures and systems
- Prepare weekly performance summaries for departmental leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in government or public sector analysis
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Experience with California state reporting systems preferred
