Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical state infrastructure systems during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate with state agencies
- Process and secure confidential government documentation
- Conduct routine safety inspections and compliance checks
- Operate specialized state equipment and technology platforms
- Document operational activities and submit detailed reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of security/operations experience
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license required
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Must pass state background check and security clearance
- Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts as needed
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
