Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for internal state employees during night operations.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure 24/7 availability.
- Process incoming service requests and resolve tickets efficiently within established SLAs.
- Ensure strict compliance with state privacy laws and security protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the centralized helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to hand over critical issues and status updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, customer service, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
