Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive requirements analysis for state government IT projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably within the public sector or government.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
