Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of public roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems.
- Operate basic heavy equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Report any unsafe conditions or hazards immediately to the Site Supervisor.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled tradespeople and laborers.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific education is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Texas Driver's License is a plus but not mandatory.
