Responsibilities

- Greet visitors and answer multi-line telephone systems with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Assist senior staff with administrative tasks, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems in strict compliance with city regulations.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and distribute correspondence to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (minimum 35 wpm) are preferred.
