Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing professional service in person and over the phone.
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and license renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Answer inquiries regarding traffic laws, fines, and vehicle history.
- Operate computerized database systems to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with strict adherence to cash handling policies.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
