Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, managing high volumes of traffic efficiently.
- Process driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations, and title transfers accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve inquiries regarding DMV policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure strict compliance with state regulations.
- Operate computer systems and POS terminals with speed and precision.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards and workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong typing and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
