Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including landscaping, equipment, and facilities
- Organize and supervise recreational activities and community events
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct facility inspections
- Operate maintenance machinery (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Assist with youth sports programs and summer camps
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve facility issues
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- 1+ years of park maintenance or recreation experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of park equipment operation
- Pass background check and drug screening
