Responsibilities
- Perform general landscape maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and pruning.
- Maintain and repair park facilities, playgrounds, and athletic fields.
- Operate heavy machinery and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with special events, programs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure cleanliness of restrooms, picnic areas, and park pathways.
- Monitor park conditions and report hazards or maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, gardening, or facility maintenance.
- Strong commitment to customer service and public safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
