Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and recreational equipment
- Operate maintenance machinery (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Enforce park rules and ensure visitor safety
- Assist with event setup and community program coordination
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Collaborate with team members on daily park operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license (Class C)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete paid training certification program
- Basic knowledge of landscaping or facility maintenance preferred
