- Assist in the processing of city permits and applications.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email with a professional demeanor.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic filing systems.
- Prepare meeting packets and distribute agenda materials.
- Support department staff with general administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
