Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of departmental meeting agendas and minute documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate scheduling for department staff and external stakeholders.
- Provide general office support, including document filing, supply management, and mail processing.
- Assist in the coordination of community outreach events and programs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced government environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
