Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize confidential veteran records using VA-specific systems
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for multi-stakeholder meetings
- Process correspondence and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Provide frontline support to veterans and family members via phone/in-person
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and records management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain background clearance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of VA policies and procedures preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
