Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records using federal compliance standards
- Coordinate scheduling and correspondence for veteran benefit programs
- Assist with data entry and document management in VA systems
- Respond to inquiries from veterans and their families regarding benefits
- Support office operations including filing, scanning, and supply inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on veteran outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in a regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Experience with record-keeping systems preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
