- Manage departmental correspondence, filing systems, and electronic databases
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and document workflows
- Assist with public records requests while ensuring compliance with open records laws

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year clerical/administrative experience or relevant education
