Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official city records with precision and confidentiality
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents via phone, email, and in-person

- Support departmental administrative functions including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
- Process permit applications and fee payments according to city protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in public administration preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting
