Responsibilities

- Support departmental meetings and public hearings through preparation of materials and minute-taking
- Coordinate with city departments to ensure accurate information dissemination and workflow efficiency
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in public administration preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in government or public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
