Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies for public health programs
- Coordinate with community leaders and local organizations to promote wellness initiatives
- Conduct health education workshops and resource fairs across Baltimore neighborhoods
- Maintain accurate records of community engagement and program metrics
- Assist with grant reporting and compliance documentation
- Support vaccination drives and health screening events
- Liaise between residents and public health services
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
- 1+ years experience in community outreach or public service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid Maryland driver's license
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
