- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and license renewals with accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations and documentation requirements
- Assist customers with online portal inquiries and self-service kiosks
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment processing issues
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of transactions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer flow and wait times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
