Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Process and maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Prepare and distribute routine correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for federal staff.
- Operate standard office equipment including computers, printers, and scanners.
- Perform data entry and ensure all database records are up-to-date and compliant with federal standards.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of one year of administrative or clerical experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and security clearance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
