Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit claims documentation with precision
- Coordinate scheduling for veteran appointments and administrative meetings
- Manage correspondence and communications with veterans and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems in compliance with federal protocols
- Assist with data entry and report generation using VA-specific software
- Provide frontline support to veterans and their families
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with veteran-serving organizations preferred
