Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record maintenance
- Process veterans' benefit applications with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate with federal/state/local agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize VA systems (VBMS, VBA) for data entry and case management
- Support outreach initiatives for veteran community engagement
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and privacy standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA-specific systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
