Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to federal staff and visitors.
- Manage and organize confidential records, files, and correspondence.
- Process incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person efficiently.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain appointment calendars for department heads.

Qualifications
