Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage confidential case files and documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and VA protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and families
- Support data entry and reporting for program metrics
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with case management systems preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
