Responsibilities
- Manage and organize federal documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Liaise with federal agencies and internal stakeholders to facilitate project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct research on current federal regulations and policy updates to inform team decision-making.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes for executive review.
- Monitor and maintain inventory for federal supplies and office equipment.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new federal contractors.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for security clearance.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or federal support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software (e.g., CMS, ELM).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
