Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for sensitive federal records.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange travel itineraries, and book meeting rooms.
- Process and track supply orders and vendor invoices within the federal accounting system.
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of general administrative or clerical experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and office management best practices is preferred.
