Responsibilities
- Manage and organize federal project documentation, ensuring strict adherence to agency compliance standards and record-keeping protocols.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and logistics for federal stakeholder meetings, briefings, and travel arrangements.
- Process incoming communications, including emails and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate departments with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare and format high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive leadership review.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive government information and personnel data.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience supporting government agencies or large-scale corporate environments.
- Associate degree or higher preferred; High school diploma with relevant experience considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
