Responsibilities
- Manage and organize federal case files and records with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and federal employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and documentation for federal review and submission.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for agency leadership and external stakeholders.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated databases in full compliance with federal regulations.
- Screen and route incoming communications to the appropriate departments efficiently.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Ability to successfully pass a background investigation and fingerprint check.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management software.
