Key Responsibilities
- Assist federal agents and local officials with administrative case management and documentation.
- Conduct preliminary data entry and maintain accurate records of sensitive government files.
- Prepare and compile compliance reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Screen and route incoming communications from federal and state departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public regarding federal programs and inquiries.
- Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local security protocols and privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for all federal-related roles.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check, drug screening, and security clearance process.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
