- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data collection systems
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and federal data security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with federal healthcare datasets (Medicare/Medicaid preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal reporting requirements (CMS, HHS)
