- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks and compliance with federal data standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and special projects for federal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale datasets and statistical modeling
- Active government security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders
