Responsibilities

- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data pipelines and system integrations
- Support ad-hoc requests from federal partners and stakeholders
- Maintain strict data security protocols for sensitive federal information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with federal healthcare datasets (Medicare/Medicaid preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data manipulation
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Familiarity with federal data regulations (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)
