Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop comprehensive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to present complex data findings to senior leadership and government clients.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all data handling processes adhere to federal regulations, including FedRAMP, FISMA, and strict confidentiality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical data insights into clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders and government officials.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and analysis workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a government contracting environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or government-specific data analytics certifications are highly preferred.
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
