Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets to support agency objectives and compliance requirements
- Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data analysis with strategic goals
- Maintain strict adherence to federal privacy laws (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA)
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, actionable insights
- Update and maintain data systems in accordance with federal standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with federal data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal compliance regulations and data governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams
- U.S. citizenship required for federal position
