Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Generate compliance reports for CMS and HHS regulatory bodies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Validate data integrity against federal standards (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Document methodologies and maintain audit trails for all analyses
- Present findings to cross-functional teams via structured briefings
- Support grant allocation decisions through statistical modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with federal compliance datasets (CMS, HHS, or CDC)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Familiarity with HIPAA/FISMA data security protocols
- Strong written communication for regulatory reporting
