Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data analysis on federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders to define data requirements and report specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal standards and security protocols.
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations of findings for senior leadership.
- Conduct research on emerging data analytics trends applicable to federal projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one (TS/SCI preferred for senior roles).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
