Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of personnel actions and HR documentation in compliance with OPM regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and databases with high attention to detail.
- Conduct outreach and recruitment activities to attract qualified candidates for federal vacancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and applicants regarding federal benefits and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of internal training programs.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports for agency leadership.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for federal employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and federal HR software.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a security clearance (if required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including potential weekends or evenings.
