Responsibilities
- Coordinate telehealth services for veterans across Nebraska
- Manage electronic health records with strict compliance protocols
- Provide patient advocacy and benefits navigation support
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary care teams remotely

- Assist veterans with enrollment and claims processing

Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination experience
- Veterans' services experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., VA Video Connect)
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Strong written communication skills for documentation
- Experience working with EHR systems (e.g., Cerner)
