Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for federal agency hardware and software.
- Assist in the secure processing and entry of sensitive federal data.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues for remote federal employees.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal cybersecurity protocols and OPM guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of system logs and user activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Conduct routine security checks and compliance audits.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this federal role.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, administration, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with federal government systems and the General Schedule (GS) pay scale is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and secure communication platforms.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a government security clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
