Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to federal program managers and staff.
- Prepare, review, and distribute official correspondence, memos, and reports with strict adherence to federal formatting standards.
- Manage confidential records and ensure full compliance with privacy regulations and data integrity protocols.
- Coordinate logistics for agency meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder briefings.
- Assist in the processing of incoming inquiries and routing documents to appropriate departments.
- Maintain and update digital filing systems and databases using government-approved software.
- Support compliance audits and quality assurance initiatives as required by agency oversight bodies.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a favorable background investigation (Public Trust or Secret Clearance preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government, military, or corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, concise correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Must possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
