- Prepare and review reports, memos, and correspondence to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Support the coordination of meetings and events for federal stakeholders in the Louisville area.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on completed work to ensure high standards are met.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for federal employment.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a security clearance if required.
- Must be available for a flexible part-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
