Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols and surveillance operations during weekend shifts in high-priority federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond immediately to security breaches or suspicious activities
- Perform access control screenings and ID verification for personnel and visitors
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during joint operations and emergency responses
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation using federal protocols
- Train and mentor junior officers on weekend operational procedures
- Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage as required
Qualifications
- Valid UK Security Clearance (SC or DV) or ability to obtain immediately
- Minimum 2 years experience in security, law enforcement, or military operations
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Friday-Sunday) and occasional holidays
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness in high-traffic environments
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and security systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to de-escalate tense situations
