Responsibilities

- Collaborate with community partners for veteran outreach initiatives
- Process confidential veteran records with HIPAA compliance
- Support grant administration for veteran service programs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal position)
- Associate degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years administrative experience with federal/state agencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA security clearance
- Strong written communication skills for federal reporting
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits programs preferred
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional travel
