Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, R, Tableau)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Washington State administrative processes
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
