Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily operations for assigned federal grant projects within the local district.
- Conduct site visits and prepare detailed progress reports for federal oversight committees.
- Facilitate effective communication between agency leadership, field staff, and external community partners.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all project deliverables, compliance metrics, and budgetary expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly presentations and briefing materials for senior management.
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders and the public regarding program eligibility and status.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, safety protocols, and agency policies.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and a valid Driver's License are mandatory requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal, state, or local government administration or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulations into clear instructions.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive federal data.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
